**IMPORTANT NOTICE** Dear clients, friends, suppliers...this message is to inform you that I have stopped oil production this summer. After almost 7 years, my oil mill is closed and I sold the equipment to the Dallaire Bouchard family from Hébertville in the Saguenay-Lac St-Jean area. They are big organic producers of garlic, canola, flax, hemp and much more. Now they will be able to offer cold pressed organic oils under the name Ferme Tournevent coming soon in a store near you. I am very happy with this outcome and will now be able to concentrate on egg production and pullet growing on my family farm (Ferme Ritter Inc). My web site will remain in effect for a while. Do not hesitate to contact me for further information. Thank you for your support during all those years.
Organic canola field
Les Saveurs d'Elgin oil mill, located on our family farm, is the ideal location to make cold pressed organic oils. We use only quality seeds and our traditional methods bring out the best oil.

Organic Farm
Our farm is certified organic by Pro-Cert Organic Systems. We grow corn, soya, hay and sunflower seeds. We specialize in grass-fed organic beef, but we also have laying hens for farm fresh eggs. The press cake (residue of oil seed after extraction) is fed to our animals...they love it!
